My name is Jon Harris and I'm an experienced professional photographer based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Along with my business and life partner Clair Fisher, we're the owners and principal photographers at Zen Photography, an established company offering professional wedding and family photography for personal and commercial situations. 

 

Personally I've had a love of photography ever since I was given a Kodak Instamatic 56X camera as a child. That trusty little camera took 126 cartridge film and enabled me to see the world around me in an entirely new perspective. I've since grown up and gone digital but I still appreciate the basic and fundamental elements of the wonderful art of photography. ​My journey through photography is like a long winding road, sometimes rough, sometimes smooth. There is always something new to learn and I enjoy embracing the constant shifts and changes that the world of photography brings.

Clair brings her own unique style of photography to our shoots and comes into her own when shooting the bridal prep. She has a ladies eye for dresses and shoes. She's also very good at catching people when they're unaware, leading to some great character shots. She's the organised one and is an expert with dealing with all the behind the scenes stuff.  With a winning combination like us you can't go wrong!
